3. No Open Parcel Before Payment

Please note that open parcel service is not available at Aqsa Closet. Customers are not allowed to open, unpack, or inspect their parcels before making the payment to the courier.

Once the payment has been completed, you may open your parcel and check your order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team and refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for assistance.
